Matched by JCI is a network event where we offer 100 business leaders and Young Leaders a unique opportunity to network and exchange ideas. This annual event combines elements of “Come Dine With Me” and “Married at First Sight,” but in the business-to-business segment. Promising entrepreneurs are ‘matched’ with each other in the hope of achieving great success together.

How does it work?

  • Personality Scan

    Each participant fills out a brief questionnaire. With the help of Thalento software, we conduct a complete personality scan.

  • Matching

    Thalento creates 1-on-1 matches, ensuring participants complement each other in business aspects and align in vision and the need to strengthen each other. This results in perfect pairs.

  • Dinner

    During a delightful three-course dinner lasting about two hours, participants discover how they can strengthen, accelerate, broaden, and complement each other. After the dinner, there’s plenty of opportunity to talk with other entrepreneurs.

  • Flagship Tables

    The two tables with major entrepreneurs are a mix of various business fields, fostering interesting conversations and new insights.

  • Surprise

    We have an exciting surprise in store!

!NEW! Flagship Tables - Meet a top entrepreneur

This year, we are introducing a new element to our proven concept of Matched by JCI.

In addition to the one-on-one matching, participants can also be matched to one of our two flagship tables based on their personality scan.

Each table will bring together 8 participants, including one top entrepreneur. The names of the top entrepreneurs will be announced soon.

Program:

– 18:00 – Warm welcome with appetizers and drinks

– 19:00 – Networking dinner (three-course meal) with exclusive one-on-one matchmaking

Thanks to the inspirational edition Matched! by JCI Limburg, we are elevating the concept towards a national level. This project also is in line with the JCI RISE initiative, to impact economy and businesses, so no need to say we are very keen on launching the project in the center of Belgium: Brussels.

On the 3th October 2024 we will host a new edition of Matched! by JCI (inspired by JCI Limburg ).

The ingredients of Matched! by JCI are:

  • It’s a business blind date at a great location (in the evening). Entrepreneur duo’s are being matched based on psychological and economical complementarity.
  • We are going to work with network partners of JCI.
  • Our target audience are entrepreneurs or entrepreneurial people with that right mindset.
  • And last but not least: we aim at entrepreneurs (or people with that mindset) and let them do business, thanks to JCI.
