1. August 15st 23h59: Pre-entries & at least 1 judge per contesting local organization need to be sent in
2. September 9th 23h59: Actual files need to be sent in.
3. September 30th 23h59: Deadline to send in the judging scores.
4. October 7th Award ceremony & celebration.
